About the opportunity
Doxabeta is looking for a Junior Software Developer Intern to contribute to the development, testing and improvement of digital platform (Pathnexis) which supports education, skills, placements and progression outcomes.
You’ll gain practical experience working on real product development alongside the team, with opportunities to contribute to platforms such as Pathnexis and other Doxabeta digital initiatives.
This is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their software development skills through real-world delivery.
What you’ll do
Support the development and improvement of web applications and digital products.
Work on front-end and/or back-end development tasks depending on project needs.
Help translate designs and requirements into working functionality.
Identify and resolve bugs and technical issues.
Support testing and quality assurance before releases.
Work collaboratively with developers, designers and product/project colleagues.
Participate in team discussions, reviews and planning.
Document work and communicate progress clearly.
Learn and apply modern software development practices.
